Shipping policy

 

Items from this store are shipped from Spain, via Correos (national post). The price of each method depends on the weight of each package, and is calculated at checkout.

Shipping to PO boxes is not possible by default. Please reach out before placing your order if you don't have an alternative address, in this case a personalized shipping quote will be necessary.

Orders are normally fulfilled once a week.

Shipping (transit) times stimates are as follows, once you receive the shipment notification:

-Domestic (Spain): 4-5 working days

-Europe: 2-3 weeks

-Everywhere else: 4-8 weeks

Please take into consideration that during holidays (such as Christmas) worldwide postal services work more slowly, so make sure to plan special occasions ahead to improve the chances for on-time delivery :) Tracked parcels usually travel faster, so I recommend choosing this option at checkout to be able to locate your order at all times.

All item sales are final.

Customers are responsible for import duties and taxes in destination country, if there were any. Please consult your country's requirements and duties for import services.

The store isn't responsible for untracked orders that may go missing or undelivered, so purchasing a tracking number during checkout is strongly encouraged if your area's postal system isn't very reliable.
